In the Factory Seconds category, all of our products have a discount of up to 50% or more. You can expect Factory Seconds to be shipped out in one week or less. 

These Quarter Sawn Red Oak Retro-Fit Stair Treads are unfinished, have left hand returns, and returns are cracking. These pieces measure 1" x 10-1/4" x 37-1/4".

All purchases of Factory Seconds are final, we do not accept returns on any factory second products.
