This Rustic Maple Wide Plank Countertop is unfinished, has a 1/8" radius edge detail on all edges except cutout edge, small black marks that can be sanded off, and a cutout that measures 17-1/2" x 27-1/2", from front to cutout it measures 28-1/4", back to cutout 52-1/4", left to cutout 7-1/2", and right to cutout 4-1/8". This piece measures 1" x 29" x 108".
